ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS ON ATTENDING A PERFORMANCE?
Certain shows will have suggested age recommendations. If there is no suggested age, we recommend eight years old and up.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I LOSE SOMETHING DURING A VISIT?

IS THERE A PLACE TO HANG MY COAT?
The app has limited hanging facilities for coats.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE AT THE THEATRE LATE?
If you arrive late, you will be seated at house managers discretion.
WHERE ARE THE RESTROOMS LOCATED?
Rest rooms are located off the lower lobby
MAY I BRING MY CELL PHONE INTO THE THEATRE?
Cell phones must be silenced in the theater.
AM I ALLOWED TO RECORD PRODUCTIONS AT THE APP?
Recording of productions at the app are strictly prohibited.
WHAT IS THE APP’S SMOKING POLICY?
There is no smoking at the app or within 15 feet of the doors.
ARE REFRESHMENTS ALLOWED INSIDE THE THEATRE?
Refreshments purchased at the app are allowed in the theater.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR SENIORS?
There is a discount for our patrons over the age of 60.
DOES THE APP OFFER ANY KIND OF 'GROUP DISCOUNT'?

WHAT IS THE APP’S TICKET RETURN POLICY?
Tickets may be returned for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to date of show.
AM I ABLE TO PURCHASE GIFT CERTIFICATES FOR THE THEATRE?

CAN THE APP ACCOMMODATE PATRONS IN WHEELCHAIRS?
Yes. The app can accommodate patrons in wheelchairs.
DOES THE APP PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOR DEAF AND HEARING-IMPAIRED PATRONS?
Yes. The app has assistive devices for our hearing-impaired patrons, and we can provide asl translators for our deaf patrons.
