June 22 - Toni DiBuono

Class: Acting in TV and Commercials

About Toni:

She is the recipient of both The Drama Desk and Our Critcs Circle Awards and has been acting professionally for almost 40 years. She holds a BFA from The Boston Conservatory. Some of her Broadway and off-Broadway credit include THE BOYS FROM SYRACUSE, WONDERFUL TOWNUP AGAINST IT at the Public Theatre, BAD HABITS at Manhattan Theatre Club (with Nathan Lane and Allison Janney) Transport Groups THE TINY CLOSET and FORBIDDEN BROADWAY. Toni has starred in several regional productions. Most recently as Diedrer Blake in THE HUMANS, Sonia in VANYA, SONIA, MASHA, and SPIKE and Maria in TWELFTH NIGHT at The Alabama Shakespeare Festival. On television, she guest starred on GOD FRIENDED ME, DAREDEVIL, LAW & ORDEr, LAW & ORDER SVU, OUR HOME (co-host) and starred as Pat Tuesday on the PBS series MATHNET. She also has numerous national commercials to her credit. Toni is married to Tony Award winning actor Michael McGrath and mother of actor Katie Claire McGrath. 

June 29 - Allison Franck

Class: Big Time Casting!

About Allison:

She has been working in casting for 20 years. She has cast annual tours of the A CHRISTMAS STORY: The Musical!  and Dr. Seuss’s HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS with Big League Productions as well as an upcoming tour of AN AMERICAN IN PARIS, and past tours of A CHORUS LINE, LEGALLY BLONDE, HELLO, DOLLY! starring Sally Struthers, GUYS AND DOLLS, MAN OF LA MANCHA, MY FAIR LADY, THE PRODUCERS, SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER, HAIR, DREAMGIRLS, AIN'T MISBEHAVIN’ starring Ruben Studdard and Frenchie Davis, and CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG, The TV series PETER RABBIT and off-Broadway plays, IT'S JUST SEX, and THE DONKEY SHOW (directed by Diane Paulus). Alison also worked in television casting of SOUL MAN starring Dan Aykroyd, LATELINE starring Al Franken, TALK TO ME starring Kyra Sedgewick, and pilots of FREAKS AND GEEKS, and MADIGAN MEN. Alison was the Resident Casting Director for Paper Mill Playhouse for 10 years, including the Broadway transfer of I'M NOT RAPPAPORT, starring Judd Hirsch and Ben Vereen, directed by Daniel Sullivan. website:www.franckcasting.com

July 6 - Colleen Sexton

Class: Sing Like a Rockstar!

About Colleen:

She is currently on a hiatus from the national tour of DEAR EVAN HANSEN where she understudies both Heidi Hansen and Cynthia Murphy. She made her debut into the Broadway world at 19 where she played Lucy in Broadway’s JEKYLL & HYDE, which was filmed opposite David Hasselhoff. She had the honor of portraying Judy Garland in END OF THE RAINBOW at Music Theater of Connecticut. Her last NY appearance was Off-Broadway in FOREVER DUSTY playing Dusty Springfield numerous times.  National touring credits include Elphaba in WICKED, Brooke Wyndham in LEGALLY BLONDE, and various roles in CHICAGO as well!  Other favorite roles include Donna in MAMMA MIA,  Lady of the Lake in SPAMALOT, Mona in DAMES AT SEA, Narrator in JOSEPH..., and Mary Magdalene in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR.   TV credits include.. LAW & ORDER, THIRD WATCH, AS THE WORLD TURNS, and GUIDING LIGHT. #staysafe

July 20 - Erica Hughes

Class: Dynamic Dialects!

Time: 7-9pm.

 

About Erica:

She teaches Voice and Speech at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA, and provides voice, dialect, and text coaching to clients nationwide. She has worked in theaters throughout the Mid-Atlantic, including Virginia Repertory Theatre, Chesapeake Shakespeare, Olney Theater Center, Richmond's TheatreLAB, Pittsburgh Irish and Classical Theatre, and Carnegie Mellon University. Erica has an M.F.A. in Theatre Pedagogy, specializing in Stage Voice & Speech, as well as a B.A. in Theatre from Denison University.
